Materials.
What We Build With
Eight materials that come back in almost every project — and what we do with them.
Wood
Solid oak, walnut and ash, and veneer on panel. We cut, veneer and spray it ourselves — your colour sample comes out of the same booth as the order.
Metal
Steel, brass and aluminium for bases, frames and bar fronts. Welding, powder-coating and patination happen in our own metal workshop.
Glass
Toughened, laminated and sandblasted glass in brass or steel profiles: vitrines, partitions and table tops. We measure on site, order to size and fit.
Plastic
HPL, high-gloss panel and solid plastic sheet for wet areas and hard-worked surfaces: seamless mitres, rounded edges, easy to keep clean.
Stone and marble
Marble, travertine and engineered stone for bars, vanities and table tops. We pick the slab with you, set out the veining and have the edges and upstands cut to drawing.
Textile and upholstery
Contract fabrics from your specification or our own selection. Foam, suspension and stitching in our own upholstery shop, in the fire class the project asks for.
Leather
Full and semi-aniline leather for banquettes, wall panels and bar fronts. Buttoning, topstitching and piping are done by hand by our upholsterers.
Composite and solid surface
Solid surface and composite for seamless bars, reception desks and vanity tops: thermoformed, joined invisibly and repairable in place.
